TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving net-new business growth by managing the full sales lifecycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts with an accent on outbound prospecting and consultative selling. Focus on articulating complex technical product value, maintaining rigorous pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, and executing high-impact sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in or near Raleigh, NC, with a hybrid work model requiring in-person team collaboration.

What you will do

  • Build and develop a territory of net-new prospects through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution, including discovery, demos, and negotiation.
  • Identify and close mid-market and enterprise accounts using a consultative, value-led approach.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, deal activity, and forecasts within Salesforce.
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Success teams on regional campaigns and post-sale handoffs.
  • Deliver technical product demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to specific customer business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or near Raleigh, NC for hybrid office collaboration.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales with a proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills with a hunter-first mindset.
  • Ability to articulate technically complex products to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Disciplined approach to territory management, pipeline development, and forecasting.
  • High energy, grit, and the ability to thrive in an execution-focused, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Gong.
