What you will do

• Own the full accounts payable cycle and optimize automated invoice processing.
• Manage treasury operations including multi-currency payments, cash forecasting, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain intercompany billing, recharges, and elimination journals across multiple legal entities.
• Prepare VAT submission files and ensure correct tax logic configuration in NetSuite.
• Identify and implement workflow automations to eliminate manual finance processes.
• Support the month-end close checklist and documentation to audit-ready standards.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in an accounting operations role within a multi-entity environment.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite or comparable cloud ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of EU VAT mechanics, including reverse charges and cross-border services.
• Proven track record of automating or streamlining accounting workflows.
• Fluent in English (working language).
• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth technology or semiconductor companies.
• Exposure to IFRS reporting and statutory audit processes.
• Knowledge of government grant accounting and compliance reporting.
• Proficiency in Dutch or other European languages.
