Salary: Up to €6,500/month + 8% holiday allowance + 13th month bonus

What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Prepare financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow for management and auditors
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits in a DNB-regulated environment
• Improve finance processes, reporting, and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with operations and trading teams for accurate crypto and fiat accounting

Requirements

• 4–6 years experience as Financial Controller, GL Accountant, or Assistant Accountant
• Solid experience with month-end and year-end closing and reporting
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Fluent English required (Dutch is a plus)
• Currently living in the Netherlands with valid EU work permit (no visa sponsorship)
