What you will do

• Manage the full billing cycle, including contract administration, invoice preparation, and bank transactions.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and perform proactive cash collection via phone and email.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding billing, contracts, and balances.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Support month-end closing and identify opportunities for process improvement through reporting.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial administration.
• Relevant degree at HBO/WO level.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with financial data.
• Fluency in spoken and written Dutch and English.
• Must be based in or able to work in Rotterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as Workday or SAP.
• Experience working within a project-based or agency environment.
