What you will do

• Lead projects from initiation to closure with full accountability for outcomes.
• Coordinate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Align project objectives with business needs and technical delivery requirements.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and overall profitability.
• Assist in pre-sales activities by shaping project scopes and delivery roadmaps.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proficiency in both English and Polish.
• Proven experience working with software development teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (1-2 days/week in the Wrocław office).

Nice to have

• Experience in the finance, banking, or corporate IT sectors.
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation or Agile-related credentials.
• Background in supporting system integrations or complex IT projects.
