What you will do

• Act as the senior day-to-day client lead for European and Global FMCG portfolio teams.
• Lead the creation of communications toolkits, frameworks, and playbooks that balance global consistency with local nuance.
• Oversee market engagement across Europe and global territories as a central connector.
• Drive strategic delivery for global brand moments, events, and partnership activations.
• Manage and mentor a London-based team within an integrated agency environment.
• Provide senior-level strategic counsel on brand, reputation, and cultural activations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Senior Account Director or Business Director) within a top-tier agency.
• Proven experience leading global or European accounts, ideally within FMCG or large-scale consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of how global brands operate across diverse markets with cultural sensitivity.
• Demonstrated experience in integrated agency environments spanning PR, advertising, and social.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience navigating complexity.
• Commercially astute with a track record of P&L ownership and business growth.
