TL;DR

Senior Talent Manager (Broadcast, Media & PR): Building and managing a roster of talent across television, radio, and podcasting with an accent on career strategy and commercial growth. Focus on identifying emerging voices and establishing strategic partnerships with media organizations.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (Farringdon). Attendance required 2-3 days a week, with Tuesday and Thursday as anchor days.

What you will do

  • Build, manage, and grow a high-quality roster of talent across the Broadcast, Media, and PR sectors.
  • Develop and execute long-term career strategies to enhance talent profiles and influence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with broadcasters, producers, talent bookers, and media organizations.
  • Identify emerging trends and market opportunities to create value for talent and the business.
  • Collaborate with commercial and talent teams to align audience growth with revenue opportunities.
  • Support the growth of the Broadcast & Media offering through talent acquisition and mentorship of junior staff.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Entertainment, Media, or Broadcast industries.
  • Proven track record of building and developing successful talent careers.
  • Deep understanding of the Creator Economy, PR, and Communications landscapes.
  • Existing professional network across media, broadcasting, and event industries.
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from London on a hybrid basis.
