Salary: $102K-$235K (Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay plus benefits)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary owner and trusted advisor for a single, large strategic account.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy aligned to the customer’s business and technology roadmap.
  • Build and sustain relationships across all levels—from C-suite and executive leadership to engineering and end users.
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities across the full portfolio of hirify.global solutions.
  • Drive account penetration and share-of-wallet growth within multiple business units and application areas.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing insight to product management, marketing, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • BSEE (or equivalent).
  • 7+ years of test equipment sales experience or technical sales experience.
  • An existing and active network of productive relationships within the strategic account.
  • An understanding of RF/MW, Semiconductor, Wireless, and Digital technologies.
  • Experience in managing large and complex accounts.
  • US Citizenship is required for this position.
