What you will do
- Develop sales strategy to grow regional sales that targets OEM customers.
- Partner with Greater China and ASEAN sales teams to identify, qualify and champion high-impact growth.
- Achieve sales targets in the region through account ownership.
- Determine market pricing and identify product features advantages.
- Build strategic partnership with key regional industry system integrators, major resellers, key component suppliers to expand ecosystem adoption of R&S test solutions.
- Deliver compelling business/technical presentations to executive level and client senior leadership.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering or relevant field of studies.
- At least 8-10 years of revenue driven sales, account management, business development and / or marketing experience in a related industry.
- Must have understanding and experience working related to production tests in the wireless (mobile phone/router/wireless key entry/RF component/satellite), semiconductor (PCB, Connectivity), and application.
- Regional insight - proven success across APAC especially in Greater China and ASEAN with extended experiences of serving Greater China based multinational corporations.
- Strong technical - ability to discuss signal integrity, RF Performance testing, high speed PCB validation and connectivity protocol.
- Willingness to travel 30%-40% of time within Asia Pacific and occasional travel to Europe.
