Location: Enjoy working from our cozy Tallinn office (Hybrid - 4 days from office)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and acquire new high-potential clients through targeted outreach.
  • Deeply understand client needs and aligning them with tailored solutions to drive business impact.
  • Present our value proposition compellingly to senior stakeholders, overcoming objections, and positioning our offerings for maximum appeal.
  • Negotiate high-stakes contracts and closing deals to consistently meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A competitive, self-driven personality capable of working independently.
  • A team player mindset.
  • Fluent Estonian.
  • English skills are mandatory for international teammates

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, fleet management, or telematics is highly valued.
  • Previous sales team leadership experience is highly valued.
