What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and acquire new high-potential clients through targeted outreach.
- Deeply understand client needs and aligning them with tailored solutions to drive business impact.
- Present our value proposition compellingly to senior stakeholders, overcoming objections, and positioning our offerings for maximum appeal.
- Negotiate high-stakes contracts and closing deals to consistently meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A competitive, self-driven personality capable of working independently.
- A team player mindset.
- Fluent Estonian.
- English skills are mandatory for international teammates
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, fleet management, or telematics is highly valued.
- Previous sales team leadership experience is highly valued.
