What you will do

  • Achieve overall sales targets and unit sales for all product lines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Initiate, organize, and execute marketing activities in the Philippines.
  • Gather competitor market intelligence and report on market changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
  • Manage distributors across assigned territories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years’ of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the medical device or medical equipment industry.
  • Experience in Radiation Therapy field or Large Capital Equipment Sales preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50% of time).
