What you will do

• Lead product direction and define roadmaps for major AI Neobank app areas.
• Establish product standards and success metrics across multiple features and squads.
• Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward efficient execution.
• Integrate diverse financial services including insurance, payments, savings, and investing.
• Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Foster a product culture focused on speed, user value, and iterative improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading digital product areas and managing complex roadmaps.
• Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes.
• Expertise in prioritization and product sequencing.
• Must be based in Spain.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, or regulated consumer apps is a strong advantage.
