What you will do

• Translate initiatives into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
• Partner with engineering, data, and design teams to build and launch high-quality features.
• Own technical product documentation, user stories, and end-to-end release management.
• Define KPIs and validate hypotheses using SQL and data analysis.
• Run A/B tests and experiments to drive learning loops and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate intelligence and automation into product workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or technical discipline required.
• 6–10 years of product experience in fintech, e-commerce, or AI-enabled products.
• Deep technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.
• Strong SQL skills for independent data querying and interpretation.
• Proven record of shipping complex products from concept to iteration.
• Experience working in agile, engineering-heavy environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulated credit, lending, or card products.
• Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure like LLMs or model ops.
• Background in two-sided marketplaces or payments orchestration.
