Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for the Treasury vertical, translating complex fund flows into engineering plans.
• Drive the evolution of TellMe, the platform-native AI agent, to automate cash forecasting and treasury workflows.
• Design and deliver advanced capabilities for Cash Flow & Forecasting modules.
• Lead the greenfield development of Investment Management, Debt Management, and Risk/FX modules.
• Partner with Customer Success to create implementation playbooks and ensure high module adoption.
• Monitor long-term module health and gather continuous client feedback to refine the product.

Requirements

• Mandatory functional knowledge of corporate treasury (experience in treasury teams, TMS vendors, or consulting).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or a functional expert transitioning into a tech product role.
• Technical fluency, including the ability to read API documentation and design data models.
• English: C1 minimum required for international collaboration.
• Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
