What you will do

• Coordinate revenue forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Conduct analyses to gain deeper insights into the business.
• Partner with Finance on compensation design and provide goals for the sales organization.
• Administer, manage, and report on revenue forecasting and analysis.
• Create metrics to evaluate sales efficiency and productivity.
• Assess client and sales trends, feedback, and market movement.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent standard.
• Consultancy or functional experience gained within hirify.global, the credit industry, or similar.
• Coaching experience of individuals and small teams.
