What you will do

• Manage and qualify inbound leads from events, webinars, campaigns, and the website.
• Design and execute structured outreach sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn, applying social selling techniques.
• Define and improve follow-up processes and conversion workflows, monitoring KPIs to optimize performance.
• Work closely with Marketing to ensure effective campaign follow-up and provide feedback on lead quality.
• Collaborate with Sales to refine qualification criteria and targeting strategies.
• Support the adoption of modern SDR practices within the local team, sharing knowledge on tools and messaging.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Development / BDR / SDR roles in B2B environments.
• Proven track record in lead qualification and meeting generation.
• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach/sequencing tools.
• Solid understanding of multi-channel outreach and social selling.
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve performance.
