Focus on driving the development of AI based tools for application to Salesforce and ensuring alignment of digital initiatives with Transmission BU and corporate strategies.

What you will do

• Lead the technical and functional development of the Salesforce platform in accordance with the Road to 2030 project.
• Ensure business alignment and user adoption across Transmission BU team world-wide.
• Implement AI technologies into Transmission BU’s Salesforce Organization to pursue innovation within business processes and maximize platform’s output.
• Maintain daily operations without business interruption and oversee AMS governance.
• Assess possible enhancements in line with both the BU (business) and the platform (technical) roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in Salesforce’s ecosystem and hands-on implementation experience.
• Master’s degree in engineering or economics (not exclusive).
• Technical knowledge of Salesforce’s core modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, reporting and CRM analytics), Copado CI/CD as well as Einstein/Agent Force.
• Knowledgeable about Apex/LWC/LWR frameworks, API integrations, DevOps approach (Copado and GitHub).
• Data integration experience with ETL/ESB platforms (Mulesoft, Tibco and comparable).
• Fluent both in spoken and written English language.
