Salary: $77,700–$108,800 USD

What you will do
- Lead front-end teams to ensure alignment between existing systems and new implementations.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear system definitions and technical specifications.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the user community and technical development staff.
- Manage end-to-end system implementations and coordinate with offshore teams.
- Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, system designs, and test plans.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical and business advisory support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration required.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience required.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and API implementations.
- Experience implementing and managing client-facing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with MLS Listing Software.
- Deep knowledge of the real estate industry.
