What you will do

• Lead front-end teams to ensure alignment between existing systems and new implementations.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear system definitions and technical specifications.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the user community and technical development staff.
• Manage end-to-end system implementations and coordinate with offshore teams.
• Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, system designs, and test plans.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical and business advisory support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration required.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and API implementations.
• Experience implementing and managing client-facing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLS Listing Software.
• Deep knowledge of the real estate industry.
