TL;DR
Founding GTM Lead: Owning revenue targets and scaling the business with an accent on enterprise sales deals. Focus on building pipeline from scratch, strategic account targeting, and C-suite relationship building.
Location: Must work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices.
Salary: $100K – $200K base + variable, offers equity, offers commission

What you will do
- Own the full deal cycle, including prospecting, running discovery, managing stakeholders, and closing.
- Build your pipeline from scratch through multi-channel outbound, strategic account targeting, and C-suite relationship building.
- Run executive/leadership events to deepen relationships with senior buyers and accelerate deal cycles.
- Shape GTM strategy by experimenting with messaging and outbound approaches to create scalable sales playbooks.
- Grow into commercial leadership, owning increasing revenue responsibility.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a high calibre environment (banking, trading, consulting, a high-growth scale-up, VC, or similar).
- Deeply ambitious with a drive to win.
- Ability to hold a room with a CFO and be personable.
- Technically curious and able to connect the dots between a prospect's technical landscape and a business outcome.
- Scrappy and entrepreneurial, thriving in ambiguity and moving fast.
