Location: Hybrid in Gouda, Netherlands. This is a Dutch-market role and requires native or near-native Dutch.

Salary: 156,000.00 to 195,000.00 EUR Annual.

What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle across existing accounts and net new logo acquisition in the Netherlands.
• Identify and develop opportunities within SAP ERP and S/4HANA customer environments.
• Build multi-threaded relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior finance stakeholders.
• Run structured, consultative sales processes using MEDDIC or similar methodology.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and leadership to drive complex, high-value deals to close.
• Represent hirify.global in the Dutch market.

Requirements

• Proven SAP ecosystem experience — you understand how SAP ERP and S/4HANA environments work, and you know how to position complementary solutions within them.
• Full-cycle sales track record across both account management and new business.
• CFO-level presence and ability to engage confidently with senior finance stakeholders.
• Experience with structured methodology — MEDDIC or equivalent.
• Fluent in Dutch and English — this is a Dutch-market role and requires native or near-native Dutch.
