What you will do

  • Identify, onboard, and develop new channel indirect partners.
  • Demonstrate the value of hirify.global software to partners and users.
  • Grow business by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Forecast accurately by understanding partner business, opportunities, and strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive alignment towards goals.
  • Identify sales opportunities and trends to encourage investments.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of SaaS/software sales experience; channel sales experience is highly beneficial.
  • Understanding and experience within the AEC space is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present to audiences at all business levels, including C-Suite.
  • Ability and willingness to travel in Europe to visit reseller offices, construction sites, trade shows, and industry events.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in a second language, particularly German.
