What you will do

• Identify and contact in-scope restaurants across Flanders through cold calling and lead follow-ups.
• Pitch and sell hirify.global Manager, including reservation tools, table management, and marketing visibility services.
• Educate restaurant managers on the benefits of the platform.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to successful onboarding and activation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to test and refine the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• Fluent in Flemish and English are required.
• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or fast-paced environments.
• Target-driven mindset with experience exceeding KPIs.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work in an ambiguous, high-growth environment.
• Ability to work from the office in Barcelona.

Nice to have

• Background in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Arabic.
• Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
