What you will do

• Author and maintain strategic plans aligning Academy output with business goals.
• Engage senior business stakeholders to determine functional requirements and strategic priorities.
• Create high-quality documentation, including operating models and process workflows.
• Define end-to-end Academy processes, including enrollment, curriculum mapping, and reporting.
• Lead make-vs-buy analysis for technology integrations and content outsourcing.
• Oversee technical developers and vendors to ensure strategic intent is met.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Deep understanding of corporate Academy architecture, LMS, and LXP ecosystems.
• Proven ability to engage and advise senior business leaders with authority.
• Experience producing strategic roadmaps and comprehensive operating models.
• Hands-on experience creating technical and procedural documentation.
• Ability to oversee technical development processes and vendor deliverables.
