What you will do
- Drive TradeDesk sales performance across spot FX, fiat-crypto, and crypto-OTC transactions.
- Build and manage high-volume institutional and enterprise client relationships.
- Originate, price, and negotiate deals to ensure competitive spreads and profitability.
- Partner with trading and treasury teams to ensure efficient execution and liquidity management.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine execution workflows and pricing tools.
- Ensure all activities remain compliant with BSP and AML regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FX sales, OTC trading, or institutional markets.
- Strong expertise in FX markets, OTC products, and pricing mechanics.
- Proven track record in originating deals and growing institutional revenue.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in market tools like Bloomberg or Refinitiv.
Nice to have
- MBA, CFA, or similar advanced credentials.
- Direct experience with crypto markets, stablecoins, and fiat on/off-ramps.
- Experience with CRM systems and API-based trading platforms.
