What you will do

• Establish governance structures and reporting mechanisms to steer digital strategy activities.
• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of digital systems, managing budgets and timelines.
• Implement and integrate industrial technologies such as MES, SCADA, and DeltaV into production processes.
• Collaborate with management, engineering teams, and external suppliers to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to cybersecurity standards and compliance with GxP and SOX regulations.
• Identify and mitigate program risks through clear and regular stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex digital transformation programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of digital systems and industrial technologies.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
