What you will do

• Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants to adopt payment services such as QR payments and e-wallets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to drive transaction volume and retention.
• Negotiate merchant discount rates (MDRs), commercial terms, and service agreements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure smooth integration.
• Monitor account performance and identify growth and upselling opportunities.
• Manage regional accounts across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in merchant acquisition, key account management, or business development within fintech, banking, payments, or e-commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights for account growth.
• Familiarity with remittance, payment gateways, or digital wallets.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems, crypto products, or blockchain technologies.
• Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese.
