Location: Hybrid in North Italy (Lombardia/Veneto)

What you will do

  • Drive sales enablement through product demonstrations, joint customer visits, and comprehensive training for channel partners.
  • Establish and maintain strategic, trust-based relationships with partner branches through regular business reviews.
  • Collect and report market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Represent hirify.global at key industry trade shows, seminars, and promotional events within the territory.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align on lead generation initiatives and ensure field insights inform campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B or channel sales, preferably within the dental or medical device industry.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or above (will be assessed during the selection process).
  • Proven ability in professional presenting and persuasive product demonstrations.
  • Self-motivated and organized, comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Lombardia/Veneto, Italy.

Nice to have

  • Background in product sales for medical devices, industrial equipment, or IT hardware/software.
  • Experience managing and developing distributor and channel partner relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
