What you will do

  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies for key industries including cross-border e-commerce, gaming, B2B trade, and logistics.
  • Identify client pain points in FX settlement and payouts to implement end-to-end payment solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, risk, and operations teams to design customized industry-specific solutions.
  • Manage key account opportunities to increase product adoption and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Establish sales processes and track BD team performance to improve conversion efficiency.
  • Monitor cross-border payment trends and support the expansion of partnerships with global banks and payment institutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cross-border payments, FX, or acquiring.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and project execution capabilities.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to lead teams through complex sales projects.
  • Fluent English communication and coordination skills.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in Shanghai or Shenzhen, China.

Nice to have

  • Existing client relationships in e-commerce, gaming, SaaS, or payment technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
  • Proven experience independently leading complex cross-border payment projects.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
