What you will do
- Maintain migration workplan trackers, mock run schedules, and cutover readiness checklists.
- Support requirements-to-data traceability through mapping trackers and transformation rule documentation.
- Perform data validation using control frameworks, record counts, and exception analysis.
- Manage balance reconciliations, account-level variance reviews, and GL/SL tie-outs.
- Coordinate SIT and UAT readiness, including data refresh, masking, and issue resolution.
- Produce governance and audit documentation, status reports, and progress dashboards.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in data analysis, system implementation, or business analysis.
- Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
- Strong experience with legacy-to-modern platform migrations.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of: TCS, Finacle, or Fiserv platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Deep understanding of banking data objects (CASA, Time Deposit) and ETL concepts.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
