What you will do

• Manage account administration and support for internal and external clients to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with Medical Writing and creative teams to execute breakthrough strategies.
• Handle client communications and financial management of assigned projects to stay on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
• Contribute to client proposals and articulate company strategy to build client confidence.
• Solve roadblocks and ensure all project deadlines and requirements are consistently met.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and proactive mindset.
• Proven experience in meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
• Must be based in the UK or be able to work in a hybrid setup in London, Manchester, or Macclesfield.

• Experience within the medcomms or healthcare industry.
• Degree in Life Sciences.
