What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for core product lines.
• Balance priorities across trading, growth, and account systems to maximize ROI.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of product managers to ensure high delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance teams to resolve dependencies.
• Drive decision-making in complex environments and own core product metrics.
• Take hands-on ownership of critical initiatives to solve complex business problems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Shanghai, China.
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in product team management.
• Strong ability to balance technical implementation, user experience, and business objectives.
• Results-oriented mindset with experience in high-uncertainty environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

Nice to have

• Experience with trading products or B2B back-office platforms.
• Deep understanding of crypto exchange business models.
