What you will do

• Manage daily operations across institutional business lines including custody, brokerage, and KYC/KYB.
• Identify operational gaps using data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to drive automation.
• Design scalable operational frameworks for complex scenarios like incentive programs and fee administration.
• Drive both incremental improvements and long-term strategic operational roadmaps.
• Develop and deliver structured training for relationship managers and institutional clients on product mechanics.
• Navigate high-stakes interactions with institutional counterparties under time pressure.

Requirements

• 6+ years of operations experience in institutional financial services, crypto, or fintech.
• Must have a current right to work in Hong Kong without visa sponsorship.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (product, sales, compliance, risk) as an individual contributor.
• Strong data fluency with experience in building dashboards and using AI/no-code tools for automation.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks in HK, SG, and APAC.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for written communication with institutional clients.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Python or scripting for workflow orchestration.
• Experience designing operational training programs for revenue-facing teams.
• Understanding of orderbook mechanics, market making, and institutional fee structures.
• Exposure to building internal ops portals or ticketing systems.
