Product Manager / Director (Institutional Product)

What you will do

• Own fee schedules and incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates), balancing market dynamics, competitor moves, and institutional needs.
• Build and continuously evolve AI agents for competitor intel, liquidity analysis, fee/rebate simulation, and program operations.
• Define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES and Brokerage, turning client/partner requirements into shipped features.
• Own commercial logic: create ROI-grounded business cases and quantify revenue and AUM impact to drive prioritization.
• Communicate strategy, progress, and trade-offs to internal leadership and external institutional clients.
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and legal to ship complex changes under multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints (HK, SG, EU, US).

Requirements

• Senior PM experience at a crypto exchange (Custody OES or Broker) or at a custody/broker/white-label tech vendor.
• Deep knowledge of institutional crypto markets, including liquidity dynamics and how counterparties, custody, execution, and settlement connect.
• Experience engaging directly with institutional clients (business reviews, requirements gathering, translating pain points into roadmap priorities) in a B2B environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-quality documents, plans, roadmaps, and presentations.
• Comfort working across time zones and cultural contexts.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for market research and product operations (automated workflows, AI data analysis, or prototyping AI-powered features).
