What you will do

• Lead growth strategies and prioritize opportunities using data analysis and customer insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments.
• Manage the development and deployment of initiatives using agile methodologies.
• Extract and analyze data using SQL to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product management or growth hacking.
• Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis.
• Deep understanding of user preferences across different countries and cultures.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience in the crypto industry and go-to-market planning.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top 100 university in a related field (CS, business, marketing, finance).
