What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for strategic product areas to drive customer value and business growth.
• Lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered products in collaboration with Engineering, AI, and Design teams.
• Prioritize high-impact opportunities using customer insights, product metrics, and experimentation.
• Align cross-functional teams around a shared vision and navigate technical and business trade-offs.
• Improve product quality and execution while fostering a culture of ownership and high standards.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in China.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a leading technology company, AI company, or high-growth fintech.
• Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable customer and business impact.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to partner closely with Engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using data to drive decisions.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
