What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and drive the onboarding of high-quality TradFi and RWA assets into hirify.global Earn.
• Research traditional wealth management structures and redesign them in a crypto-native way for users.
• Collaborate with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to assess feasibility and execution.
• Translate traditional financial mechanisms into scalable Earn product concepts focused on user value and efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings across TradFi, RWA, and crypto wealth products.
• Manage end-to-end product operations, including launch, optimization, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, investment products, or wealth management.
• Deep knowledge of MMFs, Mutual Funds, ETFs (including leveraged), and structured products (PPN, FCN, Covered Call).
• Strong TradFi background from asset management, wealth management, brokerage, or banking.
• Ability to translate financial mechanisms into practical, user-friendly, and scalable products.
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of tokenization and how real-world assets are represented on-chain.
• Familiarity with regulatory and licensing frameworks related to investment products and RWAs.
• Knowledge of core crypto concepts, particularly stablecoins.
• Hands-on usage and personal research of crypto products and ecosystems.
