What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for AI-powered trading features, including conversational interfaces and autonomous agents.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences for both novice and expert traders.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from user research and PRD creation to experimentation and data-driven iteration.
• Build deep domain expertise in LLMs, AI agents, and crypto market structure to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to the broader AI trading strategy, including platform-level decisions and ecosystem development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML-powered products.
• Mandarin proficiency is required for effective communication with the China-based R&D center.
• Must have current right to work in Hong Kong (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong technical intuition with experience in API documentation, data pipelines, and AI prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of AI paradigms like RAG, fine-tuning, and agent-based architectures.
• Genuine passion for crypto trading, order types, and market microstructure.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agent or copilot products.
• Hands-on prototyping ability using Python or AI APIs.
