What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across various roles and levels for client organizations.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and support employer branding efforts.
• Track recruiting metrics and optimize hiring processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle, applying consulting and project management best practices.
• Align people strategies with broader business objectives and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements

• Experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies.
• Strong internal HR or functional expertise across relevant disciplines.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require.
