What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering and vendor selection for HR technology.
• Advise on HR systems architecture and strategic roadmaps.
• Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of HR solutions.
• Drive system adoption through change management and training.
• Enable reporting, analytics, and insights through HR systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience working with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies.
• Strong functional HR expertise across relevant disciplines.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in one of the following US states: FL, CO, IL, MA, NH, RI, ME, CT, GA, SC, NC, or TX.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require.
