What you will do

• Translate company strategy into a 2-3 year architectural roadmap, aligning engineering, product, and business teams.
• Establish architectural principles for legacy modernization, new service delivery platforms, and AI-native platforms.
• Lead the engineering organization by hiring, mentoring, and developing senior engineering leaders and architects.
• Drive engineering execution by optimizing SDLC, CI/CD, observability, and developer experience.
• Oversee enterprise cybersecurity strategy and technical controls to ensure secure-by-design operations.
• Represent the company as a technical leader at industry conferences and in executive-level customer engagements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and technology strategy in high-growth global environments.
• Proven track record of running software engineering teams and delivering production software at scale.
• Expert-level understanding of SDLC, including operationalization and metrics tracking.
• Strong cloud architecture expertise specifically in Azure or AWS.
• Practical experience integrating AI/ML systems into production software.
• Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
