What you will do

• Provide executive HR leadership to CEOs, Boards, and executive teams to guide people strategy and growth.
• Design organizational structures aligned with business strategy and lead workforce planning and succession initiatives.
• Advise on executive compensation, incentives, and governance practices.
• Deliver modern, human-centric HR solutions to improve workplace experiences and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with hirify.global Principals and client stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies.
• Strong internal HR functional expertise across relevant leadership disciplines.
• Must be based in FL, CO, IL, MA, NH, RI, ME, CT, GA, SC, NC, or TX.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require.
