A hypergrowth YC-backed startup providing a SaaS platform for grant discovery and management for the nonprofit sector.

What you will do

  • Deliver 1:1 concierge onboarding and consultative sales to nonprofit executives and grants managers.
  • Conduct outbound activities using creative tactics to grow the book of business.
  • Experiment with onboarding flows and sales pitches to optimize conversion and growth.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide design and input for the first-time user experience.
  • Maintain high responsiveness to prospect inquiries and questions.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of closing experience in a high-velocity SaaS or similar customer-facing role.
  • Must be based in the continental US.
  • Proficiency with G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Close.io.
  • Strong communication skills for simplifying complex topics in person and in writing.
  • Deep empathy and curiosity to solve underlying customer problems.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into the nonprofit market.
  • Background in nonprofit fundraising.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Proven track record of remote work.
