What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for RiskOS Case Management to scale it into a best-in-class reviewer experience.
• Consolidate fragmented product lines into a unified, consistent case management dashboard encompassing queues, case views, and reporting.
• Conduct continuous discovery with fraud, risk, and compliance teams to convert pain points into measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Product Design to deliver world-class UX for high-stakes review workflows and dense risk data.
• Embed AI-native capabilities across the entire user journey to ensure AI experiences are trusted and explainable.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Data Science, and GTM teams on priorities, sequencing, and platform standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of PM experience owning complex, workflow-heavy SaaS products.
• Must be based in the US.
• Domain experience in fraud, risk, compliance, or investigations.
• Proven ability to ship AI-assisted UX/workflows in production.
• Strong design partnership skills for simplifying dense data into actionable insights.
• Data-driven approach to defining KPIs and instrumenting telemetry to measure impact.

Nice to have

• Experience consolidating fragmented UIs into a unified platform experience.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC or related financial services compliance operations.
