What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Compliance Leads and specialists.
- Define and execute the strategic vision for product compliance across the global payroll platform.
- Translate complex payroll, tax, and labor legislation into clear product specifications and business requirements.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to embed compliance-by-design principles and automation into the product architecture.
- Oversee regulatory intelligence and ensure proactive market readiness for new country expansions.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on compliance risks and product direction.
Requirements
- English: C1 proficiency required for all applications.
- Deep expertise in global payroll, employment, tax, and labor compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams in Product Compliance, Payroll, or related functions.
- Strong ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into scalable product solutions.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and navigating cross-functional priorities.
- Risk-based mindset with a track record of building governance frameworks in high-growth environments.
