What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership on talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Lead and develop a global HR team across multiple locations to ensure operational excellence.
• Coach managers and leaders to build high-performing, accountable teams.
• Own and evolve talent development, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.
• Lead compensation, career progression, and retention strategies across the organization.
• Use HR data and people analytics to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cyprus or willing to work in a hybrid capacity from the Cyprus HQ.
• Proven HR leadership experience within a scaling technology or product-driven organization.
• Experience leading international HR teams and supporting employees across multiple countries.
• Strong background in organizational development, talent management, and leadership coaching.
• Demonstrated familiarity with AI adoption to increase efficiency in HR processes.
