What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans at component, subassembly, and integrated system levels.
• Design and build test fixtures, HIL environments, and automated test rigs.
• Validate hardware performance across electrical, digital, mechanical, and RF metrics.
• Lead failure analysis and root-cause investigations to support design cycles.
• Drive qualification and environmental test campaigns including thermal, vibe, and EMI.
• Deploy and validate automated test equipment for boards and sub-systems.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing automated test equipment using oscilloscopes, DMMs, and network analyzers.
• Experience testing high-power subsystems, high-speed digital interfaces, or RF hardware.
• Proficiency with instrumentation control and data acquisition using Python or C++.
• Familiarity with embedded control systems and interfaces such as CAN, RS-422/485, SPI, and Ethernet.

Nice to have

• Experience in RF testing fundamentals or Radar architecture.
• Knowledge of SCPI, VISA, or PyVISA for instrumentation control.
• Experience with environmental stress screening (ESS) and flight-like test environments.
• Background in reliability qualification and fault injection for mission-critical systems.
