What you will do

• Machine steel components to precise measurements within 0.001”.
• Program cutter paths using Mastercam and WorkNC software.
• Operate CNC equipment using Fanuc controls.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and shop protocols.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Marne, MI.
• 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with measuring tools and quality inspection.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
