What you will do

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and project management teams to solve infrastructure design challenges and planning needs.
• Ensure alignment between hirify.global’ system/vehicle design and the physical infrastructure requirements.
• Coordinate project priorities and drive technical solutions in partnership with the engineering team to maintain timelines.
• Manage virtual communications with external civil engineering consultants, contractors, and local entities.
• Develop and articulate MEP and systems wayside requirements for internal teams and external clients.
• Provide conceptual design oversight and review consultant design work for infrastructure guidance.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in design through construction.
• Experience with calculations, estimate development, and quality control.
• Knowledge of site design, zoning, and building codes.
• Proficiency in CADD, including the ability to modify drawings and interpret Civil CADD plans.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments across various time zones.
