What you will do

• Provide training, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting for Bentley engineering applications and CADD software.
• Support transitions and upgrades between versions of Bentley Civil applications.
• Act as a technical liaison between NYSDOT users and Bentley’s Technical Support Group (TSG).
• Deliver technical assistance for products including OpenBridge Designer, OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, ProjectWise, and SYNCHRO.
• Develop, validate, and deliver workflow-based training programs and learning materials.
• Configure applications to align with specific organizational standards and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with OpenRoads/InRoads and MicroStation.
• Strong knowledge of transportation workflows.
• Must be based in or be able to work from a New York State DOT regional office (Hybrid).
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
