Salary: $86,680 - $154,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead internal initiatives to embed security values and achievements across the organization.
  • Partner with engineering, IT, and HR to integrate security best practices into organizational processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR to align messaging with the brand's security values.
  • Develop and communicate security initiatives, training, and policies to internal and external audiences.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program success and optimize results.
  • Promote the organization as a cybersecurity leader through white papers, speaking engagements, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, branding, or marketing with a focus on cybersecurity or technology.
  • Strong understanding of security principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across multiple teams and departments.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Relevant industry certifications.
